Can I give my bookkeeper access?
Yes, on the Growth and Pro plans. Owners control bank and VAT details, staff can invoice but not change them, and accountants get read access plus exports.
There are three roles.
An owner controls everything, including bank details, VAT registration and billing.
Staff can create, send and chase invoices, and manage clients, but cannot touch bank or VAT settings.
An accountant gets read access and the export files, which is all a bookkeeper needs at year end and nothing more.
Starter is a single user. Growth allows three and Pro is unlimited.
