Can I get my data out?

Any time, from Settings. Invoices, line items, clients and a VAT summary, all as CSV. No request form and no waiting period.

Four exports sit under Settings: every invoice, every line item, every client, and a VAT summary for a period you choose.

The line-item export is the one your accountant will want at year end, because it breaks each invoice into the individual supplies with their VAT treatment.

They are plain CSV files that open in Excel, Google Sheets or any accounting package. This works whether your subscription is active or not.
