How can we help?
A real person answers every message. No ticket maze, no being passed around.
Ask the assistant
The Help button, bottom-right of every page. It answers the common questions straight away, can look up your own account when you are signed in, and hands you to a person the moment it is out of its depth.

Best for anything involving a specific invoice or payment. You get a reference you can check any time, and we reply by email.
Send a messageThese come up most often, and each has a full answer already written.
Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. If it involves a specific invoice, include the number — it saves a round trip and usually gets you an answer in one reply rather than three.
You get a confirmation email straight away with a reference like KL-2026-1234. Keep it — you can check the status any time at Check a ticket, without signing in. Replying to that email adds to the same ticket, so keep it in your thread rather than starting a new one.

We cannot see your client's bank account. If a payment left your client's account but has not reached yours, that sits with your payment provider, and we will tell you exactly what to ask them.
We are not tax practitioners. Klaar checks your invoices against the rules in the VAT Act, and we will explain what a rule means. What we cannot do is advise on your specific tax position — that needs your accountant.
We will never ask for your password, and never for your card number or full banking details. If a message claiming to be from Klaar asks for any of those, it is not from us — forward it to us instead.
Your data is not held hostage. Exports work whether or not your subscription is active, so you never need to ask us for a copy of your own records.
Write to klaarinvoices@gmail.com directly. The form above just makes sure we get the details we need first time.
