Can I get a refund on my subscription?

Within seven days of subscribing, yes, in full and without giving a reason. After that we refund billing errors, double charges and outages on our side.

The Consumer Protection Act gives you seven days to cancel an electronic transaction and get your money back, no reason required. If you subscribed in the last week, go to Billing and press Refund my payment — it goes through immediately, without you having to email anyone or explain yourself.

A duplicate charge is also refunded automatically. If you were billed twice for the same period, Billing spots it and returns the extra, leaving your access untouched.

After that window we still refund a duplicate charge, a billing error on our side, a charge taken after you cancelled, or an extended outage that was our fault.

What we do not refund is part months. Cancelling mid-period does not produce a pro-rata refund, because you keep full access until that period ends instead. We also do not refund periods you simply did not get round to using.

For anything else, start at Billing anyway: it tells you upfront whether your case is automatic or needs a person, and routes you to support with the context already attached. We reply within one business day.

Note this is about your Klaar subscription only. Money your own clients paid you never passes through Klaar, so we cannot refund that — see the article on refunding a client.
